Nick is an experienced and approachable family lawyer specialising in all areas of relationship breakdown who enjoys an excellent and trusted reputation with his clients, local Courts and fellow professionals. 

Nick has practised law for over 22 years, qualifying as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1996, and has worked for prominent law firms in the East Anglian region with his last position being Head of the Family Department of a firm in Ipswich.

He has specialised in family law for the past 10 years dealing with divorce and separation, property and financial matters, Armed and Police forces often involving complex pension arrangements, separation agreements and domestic violence as well as children issues such as residence and contact including grandparents rights.

In addition to matters arising from a relationship breakdown, Nick has helped many couples (both married and unmarried), avoid future difficulties by assisting them with Living together and Pre-Nuptial Agreements. He has represented clients throughout the UK and abroad including the USA.

He has assisted local Citizens Advice Bureau with free matrimonial advice and was appointed Trustee of Lowestoft Contact Centre which helps children to re-establish contact and spend time with both parents.

During what is invariably a difficult and confusing time in client's lives, Nick will support and assist clients with his friendly and understanding approach, talking through often complex issues in a straightforward manner whilst working resolutely to achieve the best possible result for the client. Nick is very flexible and prepared to accommodate client's outside normal office hours where necessary.

Away from work, Nick is a keen sports fan dreaming up new ways to injure himself whilst still finding time to enjoy more leisurely pursuits with his family.
