"Very realistic and not a load of tosh at all, on the contrary it is very helpful all the information on this site and the only impression I have gained from this company is a 'Very good' one."

"I suspect you have had a bad experience in a Court case and I am sorry about that. I assure you that I and we are not at all anti-father! Absolutely not. It is, though, true to say that many fathers believe the Court system is against them. That said, we have a long history of representing clients (both male and female) in successfully obtaining the Orders they want from the Court. Of course people can represent themselves if they wish but the majority, sensibly I think, do not."

"Lawyers are just an un-necessary expense. Why waste thousands in court when all it takes is £200 to file a C100 and represent yourself. All lawyers are PRO MOTHER and ANTI FATHER!"

" Thank you for pointing this out. Our purpose was to make it clear that if someone sees a lawyer in these cases it really is important to see a specialist family lawyer. We have changed the word “will” to “may” to avoid anybody else thinking we were suggesting that a lawyer must be used. There is no such rule although most decide it is wise to do so. "

"what a load of tosh, you don't need a lawyer to take the other party to court it is perfectly acceptable to do this yourself and a whole lot cheaper"
