"Reading Michelle's comment I can only say - get some professional advice. Take advantage of our free initial consultation to find out what your rights are and where you stand in terms of agreeing a financial settlement with your husband. Obviously every case is different but just because your husband has kept finances close to his chest during the marriage doesn't mean he can keep the finances after you divorce."

"I have been married for nearly ten years and lived with my husband for nearly fifteen years. We have 2 boys aged 13 & 14. We have had the most up and down relationship I know and i\ have decided enoughs enough. My husband has never bothered putting my name on the mortgage and has his own name on absoultely everything we own in the house. He has always has control of all finances and is very shy with parting with his money!!!!!!. I haver a part time job and earn peanuts, he has his own business as well as a villa in Spain!! Does anyone know where I will stand when it comes to divorce and information regarding financial matters."
