How do I get a divorce?

This is a simple guide only.

You must have been married for over 1 year

You must have grounds for divorce. They might be unreasonable behaviour or adultery for example.

This is the divorce procedure. It will tell you about the divorce petition, decree nisi and decree absolute.

But, before you start, make sure you understand the cost of divorce and your divorce rights.

And do see a specialist family lawyer.
