Divorce solicitor Kathryn is based in South Wales and has strong links with West London. She specialises in divorce and separation, as well as related financial matters, and has a special interest in disputes around the children on divorce and separation. This includes a specialist knowledge of applications by a parent to move with a child to another country. Kathryn has achieved success in a number of High Court matters involving complex and cutting edge children issues.
Kathryn recognises that the modern family has a range of needs and is able help those who wish to plan in advance with pre nuptial and cohabitation agreements as well as advising where relationships have broken down.
Kathryn draws on her mediation experience and collaborative law training to provide a family law service that acknowledges the trauma of separation whilst remaining constructive and forward looking. She seeks to retain dignity and humour in the most challenging of situations.
Kathryn believes that taking the time to build relationships with clients ensures that she can give the best advice. Kathryn is always straightforward, is not afraid to be firm but gives due consideration to the fact that, in many cases, relationships between clients and their former partners need to continue into the future.
Outside of work Kathryn enjoys family life in Wales and regular trips to Ireland.
