The amount you will need to pay will depend on the work you ask us to do for you. Sometimes there will be fees to pay to the Courts or for example to obtain copy documents.

To help you budget fixed fees are available for a number of services on offer. These fixed fees are detailed below.

In all other instances you will be provided with a quote for the work to be completed. This is based on the relevant hourly rate (from £195 plus VAT per hour).

Fixed Fees

By selecting a fixed fee you are guaranteeing that you will pay no more. Fixed fees are payable before your lawyer starts work on your case.
