Shahzea Abbas Tahir has joined award-winning family law specialist firm Woolley & Co.
Shahzea, an experienced family solicitor, is a specialist member of the Family Law Panel and of Resolution, the national organisation of family lawyers committed to non-confrontational divorce, separation and other family problems. She will work from her Wembley office base but efficiently serve clients across London thanks to the unique way Woolley & Co operates.

It brings the total number of family lawyers at Woolley & Co to 14 – a growth of nearly 50 per cent since September – covering the Midlands, East Anglia, London, the South and South West, with lawyers working from satellite home offices.
Shahzea was admitted as a solicitor in April 2000, specialising in family law, including dealing with co-habitant disputes, pre-nuptial and pre-civil partnership agreements, separation, divorce, financial disputes and children matters.
“Family law is very much people-orientated, connected to problem solving and deals with real life situations,” said Shahzea, who is married with two young children.
“My aim is always to resolve problems sensitively in an organised and firm yet practical way.”
Originally from Bedfordshire, Shahzea completed her training contract with one of the leading regional law firms, Pictons Solicitors, and since then has worked in London, Middlesex and Hertfordshire. She is fluent in Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.
