Before joining Woolley & Co, Arzu held senior roles including Head of the Family Department for a reputable firm and worked in a number of well‑established family law practices across the Midlands.
Arzu advises on all aspects of family law, including: divorce and separation, financial settlements and division of assets, child arrangements and parental responsibility, cohabitation issues, domestic abuse and protective orders and pre‑nuptial and post‑nuptial agreements.
Arzu has built up considerable experience in representing clients in high-conflict children cases, such as those involving covert recordings and controlling and coercive behaviour and financial settlements involving allegations of fraud and misconduct.
