How to get a UK divorce

Cost of Divorce

Fixed prices are available from Woolley & Co. For the person beginning divorce proceedings it’s £725 + VAT and court fees. If you’re a respondent in divorce, it’s £500 + VAT. There may be additional costs, depending on whether you have finances and children to consider.
