Woolley & Co, Solicitors is delighted to welcome family lawyer Sanjay Solanki to the team. Based in Solihull, Sanjay brings many years of experience advising clients on all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial settlements, and arrangements for children.
Sanjay joins Woolley & Co following roles with respected regional firms including Penmans Solicitors, Charles Strachan Solicitors, Star Legal and Pougher-Round Solicitors. He has earned a reputation for his calm, professional approach and ability to guide clients through complex and sensitive family issues with clarity and care.
Sanjay advises on the full range of family law matters, from divorce and separation to financial disputes involving property, pensions and business interests. He also works extensively with parents and families in disputes involving children, focusing on achieving fair, practical outcomes and the long-term wellbeing of all involved.
A trained family mediator, and member of both Resolution and the Family Mediation Council, Sanjay is a strong advocate for non-court solutions wherever possible. He believes in helping separating couples reach constructive agreements through negotiation and mediation, saving time, cost and emotional strain.
“I’m passionate about helping clients find clarity and resolution at what can be a very difficult time,” says Sanjay. “My aim is to provide straightforward advice, focus on what really matters, and help clients move forward with confidence.”
Sanjay holds a Law degree from the University of Wolverhampton and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from The University of Law. He has also contributed to the wider legal community through his involvement with the Law Society’s Disabled Solicitors Network and the Birmingham Law Society’s Health and Disability Sub-Committee.
