Kathryn McTaggart is the firm’s Professional Support Lawyer playing a key role in maintaining Woolley & Co’s reputation as one of the UK’s leading family law firms.
As part of the management team and working directly with our highly skilled lawyers, Kathryn ensures legal knowledge and expertise is continually supported and developed so the team continues to deliver innovative, and client focussed solutions across a diverse and complex range of family law work.
Kathryn qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and joined Woolley & Co in 2010. Throughout her career, she has specialised in all aspects of family law, including divorce, financial settlements and disputes involving children. She has a particular interest in children matters with international elements and has acted in a number of cases involving parental alienation and implacable hostility.
Kathryn has been recognised as a Leading Individual for Family Law in Wales by Legal 500, where she was described as a “star performer”, known for her “pragmatic advice” and “no-nonsense approach,” while being “empathetic and understanding of her clients’ needs.”
Although Kathryn no longer represents clients directly, her experience and insight are instrumental in shaping the firm’s legal practice and supporting the team to deliver consistently high standards of service and legal excellence.
