Family lawyer Tania is based in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. She has extensive experience in advising and dealing with divorce and family law, handling issues in a sympathetic and honest manner.
Tania has dealt with matters arising from separation and divorce in relation to children including disputes about where the children are to live and how much time they will spend with the absent parent. She is also experienced in sorting out financial matters, including the often complex issues in respect of pension arrangements, inheritances or the family home and business interests. Tania is able to advise clients on the issues that can sometimes arise at the beginning of a relationship and can advise on and prepare both co-habitation and prenuptial agreements. More recently she has gained experience in a new type of family law order known as a special guardianship order undertaking several cases with both complex and sensitive issues for the families involved.
Tania is confident of being able to find practical solutions to the issues faced whilst delivering an efficient service. She takes a flexible approach and can offer evening appointments to accommodate busy clients should it be required.
Tania has clients throughout the West Midlands, nationwide and overseas. She has particular experience in advising clients in the police force. In her spare time she is a keen runner and enjoys spending time with her family, going to the theatre and cinema as well as reading and walking.
