Separation advice for married couples

Couples can choose to have a separation agreement setting out the arrangements for what they want to do with their finances and with their children and they then can wait to deal with a divorce or maybe not get divorced for quite some time. So they can draw up all of the things that are important to them, arrangements for their house, for their children, child maintenance sometimes as well as child care arrangements dealing with pensions and other assets and that can be drawn up into a separation agreement or a separation deed that the parties then can both sign. That can be a really helpful way for them both to know where they stand so that they can then deal with the emotion of their separation before they move on to a divorce.
