How parents exercise parental responsibility

Child arrangements orders allow parents to exercise their parental responsibility for their children when they are in their care however they best see fit. This can create some problems as frequently one parent will try to control how parental responsibility is exercised when their children are not with them. These issues are given very short shrift by the Court in the event that parents want to decide for the other parent how their children will spend time when they are not in their care, who they will spend time with and so on and so forth. They not might like it but that simply is a fact of life and parents can continue to be parents and be different parents, nothing has changed they just live separately.
