Marketing Executive

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketing professional to join an innovative national law firm. Marketing is crucial to the success of the firm and the person taking on this role will learn all aspects of the business to enable them to make a real contribution to its success and have an input to the future strategic direction of the firm.

The intention is that after a successful training period (anticipated to be 3 years) the applicant would take full overall responsibility for the day-to-day marketing activities of the firm, managing marketing suppliers and setting and managing marketing budgets.

The office is in Wellesbourne, near Warwick. It is anticipated that after an initial training period in the office a flexible approach to home / office working will be offered.

Salary: up to £30,000 per annum depending on experience.

Skills, qualifications and experience

The ideal candidate will have a qualification and experience in marketing, digital communications or similar, ideally at Master’s level.

Enthusiasm, flexibility and an ability to work well as part of a team is essential. Experience of working in a digital marketing role would be a distinct advantage, as would experience of website management, copy writing, PPC campaign management, SEO, social media marketing and content creation.

Main duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Lead generation, lead conversion monitoring and sales support for lawyers
  • Developing and implementing PPC campaigns to generate high quality enquiries
  • Developing and managing the firm’s website, including performance monitoring, content creation, SEO strategy development and management
  • Social media marketing strategy development and implementation
  • Developing and implementing off-line advertising campaigns as appropriate
  • Developing and implementing on and off-line PR campaigns
  • Designing, conducting and reporting on client satisfaction surveys
  • Designing and implementing incentive campaigns
  • Reporting on marketing activities to the monthly management meetings and quarterly Board meetings
  • Supporting the management team with internal communications
