Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by the individual concerned and used for the following reasons:

  • Enquiry and client data is stored for no less than 16 years from the date of enquiry or final invoice as required by our insurers.
  • Supplier data is stored for as long as we work with the supplier.
  • Employee data is stored for 6 years beyond their date of employment.

Data disposal

Data is securely disposed of at the end of these periods by secure deletion of online data and shredding and secure disposal of hard copy data.
