Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by the individual concerned and used for the following reasons:

- Employee data is stored for 6 years beyond their date of employment.
Data disposal
Data is securely disposed of at the end of these periods by secure deletion of online data and shredding and secure disposal of hard copy data.
