We take client satisfaction very seriously and every two years ask all clients to complete a client satisfaction questionnaire. Our most recent survey, conducted in quarter 4 2017, was amongst 1,331 clients. In that survey 82% of clients said they were satisfied or very satisfied with our service and 84% said they would recommend us.
